ALL STUDENTS - UPDATED VERSION FOR ATI PRACTICE ASSESSMENTS (Hackensack Campus) January 12, 2012
Please be advised that the latest version of your practice assessments have been made available to you.

Please make sure to login to ATI and confirm you have access to the 2011 version of all your practice assessments.

We are migrating to the 2011 versions effective immediately. The 2008 versions will remain available to you as additional practice tools but going forward the 2011 versions are the ones that will be used for official scoring.

If you do not see the appropriate practice assessments please contact your campus coordinator for further assistance.

WALDEN UNIVERSITY Articulation Agreement (Hackensack Campus) January 20, 2012

The Center for Allied Health & Nursing Education is happy to announce that on November 30, 2011 we entered into an articulation agreement with Walden University. This agreement provides an opportunity for the Centers professional nursing students to bridge into a RN-BSN nursing program. The articulation agreement provides the Centers students with transfer credit for all of the core nursing courses in the Professional Nursing program and certain general education coursework. In addition, Center employees, students and graduates are offered a reduction in the cost of course tuition for all Walden programs.

Mr. Steven B. Litvack, Esq., President of the Center, stated we are excited to offer this valuable opportunity to our students, graduates and staff to continue their educational pursuits with Walden University, a regionally accredited institution. We are proud to affiliate with Walden University and look forward to a long-term partnership.

Mr. Gregory Karr, the CEO of the Center, is honored to provide our students with educational mobility through the Walden University articulation. He stated,  the relationship continues our commitment to nursing education and advances our mission of bridging the labor gap occurring in the nursing field. We believe in a seamless education and providing our students with opportunities to focus on higher learning and achieving their educational and professional goals.

Walden University is a member of the Laureate international network and is a regionally accredited university that offers a range of programs, including nursing degree and certificate programs through its College of Health Sciences. The following is the Exit Exam schedule for the January 2011 Day Class:

First Attempt - 02/01/12 Second Attempt - 02/29/12 Third Attempt - 04/11/12 Fourth Attempt - 06/06/12

On the day of your first exit exam there will be two sessions: 8:30am and 12:30pm.

Career Services will inform you of your particular scheduled time.

Students scheduled to the 8:30am session MUST arrive by 8:00am. Students scheduled for the 12:30pm session, MUST arrive by 12:00pm.

All subsequent exit exams will be at 8:30am and students MUST arrive by 8:00am.

ALL STUDENTS MUST BRING A PHOTO ID. It is not necessary for students to be in uniform.

Your first exit exam there is scheduled to start at 5:30PM. You MUST arrive by 5:00pm.

All subsequent exit exams will be at 8:30am or 5:30pm and students MUST arrive by 8:00am or 5:00pm depending on which time slot you are scheduled for.

ALL STUDENTS MUST BRING A PHOTO ID. It is not necessary for students to be in uniform.

NOVEMBER 2010 EVENING CLASS - NCLEX REVIEW COURSE (Hackensack Campus) March 26, 2012
The NCLEX Comprehensive Review Course for the

November 2010 Evening Class is as follows:

March 26, 27, 28, 2012 April 3, 4, 2012 April 10, 11, 2012 April 16, 17, 18, 2012

Classes will be held from 5:30pm to 10:00pm. Students must be in full uniform and attend ALL classes.

NOVEMBER 2010 EVENING CLASS - EXIT EXAM SCHEDULE (Hackensack Campus) May 9, 2012
The following is the Exit Exam schedule for the November 2010 Evening Class:

First Attempt  05/09/2012 Second Attempt  06/06/2012 Third Attempt  07/18/2012 Fourth Attempt  09/12/2012

The exam will be during the evening at 5:30pm but all students testing MUST arrive by 5:00pm.

ALL STUDENTS MUST BRING A PHOTO ID. It is not necessary for students to be in uniform.
